TERMS and
CONDITIONS for our onsite BBQ Catering:
- Please reserve your event date EARLY
using our website's Reservation
Request Form. A
non-refundable Deposit of $100.00 is required.
- Menu selections
and Guest Count can be provided anytime, but must be FINAL 2
weeks BEFORE
event date.
- Your order must meet our MINIMUM
charge of $500.00 per event,
payable 2 weeks before event date, by Credit Card, Check
or Pay Pal.
- Entree &
Sides must be the same for all guests.
- All serving is Buffet Style -
help themselves. We provide attendents for our serving tables
(they do NOT actually SERVE the food).
- SERVING
staff is available at $30.00
per hour per server (2 hour MINIMUM - setup and cleanup
included).
- We do not setup, nor cleanup the event area.
We setup
and cleanup only our BBQ, prep and serving areas.
- You
will need to provide for Trash / Rubbish disposal. (Note:
paper goods require lots of trash bags / barrels, etc.).
- We do not provide "rentals"
of tables, chairs, tents, linens, china, etc.
- Sorry we cannot make changes to your order within 2
Weeks of your event date - no changes, no cancellations.
- The number of guests you have on your FINAL order (2
weeks BEFORE event)
is the people we plan food for and Invoice you for.
- Your order will be considered final (guests and menu) TWO weeks prior to event.
- We require payment in full once your FINAL people
count and menu items are submitted (2 weeks BEFORE event).
- We
have no control over the weather. 2 weeks before your
event it is a GO - rain, shine, hail, etc.
- Our
normal "food window " is ONE hour
(we keep all foods
restocked on the serving tables).
- Extended
"food window" is available at $40.00 per half-hour
which includes our
normal serving table attendents.
- We
provide an "overage" of foods so that we
have enough for many hungry "all you can eat"
people.
- EASY
access to the BBQ area and the "Serving Area".
No stairs, steps, hills, brush, plants, etc. Keep the bbq
area close to the serving area.
- All
and any extra, left-over, food is yours to keep. We'll wrap
extras in foil or zip locks. You can provide tupperware
containers if you like.
- Out-of-the-area
of San Luis Obispo County bbq catering is an added fee based on distance, people count
and menu.
Contact us
We
do provide a LABOR only BBQ based on the following:
- You
provide all foods, seasonings, cold storage, utensils, paper goods, serving tables,
serving pans, ice, trash bags, etc. Basically everything!
- We
trim, season and grill your meats over our oak firewood
on our bbq pit. We than place all cooked goods in
your serving pans on your serving tables.
- BBQ area
and serving area must be closed to each other. No stairs,
steps, hills, plants or other obsticles please. Water
and Electric outlets are helpful.
- We
cleanup our work area. We leave all left-over foods wrapped
in foil, or your containers.
- Cost:
$ by quote depending upon # of people, food items and location - added fees for catering
OUTSIDE of SLO County.
